Owner, Mike Wallace was a contractor for Preferred Toner Solution and Kingdom Cartridges and was a contractor for Lexmark/Detroit Medical Center for 4 years working on all Lexmark products and printer solutions. Lexmark Certified on Virtual Solution Cen, worked with Remedy software, set-up and installed printers. Mr. Wallace has trained technicians in SME (Subject Matter Expert) and Fleet Management MVE; this provides network printers and multi-function devices, regardless of manufacturer.
Responsible for performing on-site or in-house servicing, repair and/or installation of company product(s). Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment at the Detroit Medical Center. Utilize expertise in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing Lexmark Laser Printers at various customers’ sites. Dispatch and close service calls through Remedy for technicians; Order parts in Siebel. Utilize Siebel database for closing service calls. Monitor printers via Fleetview database.
